LOCATION

Near metro Ranelagh, 5 minutes from Passy, two blocks from the Bois de Boulogne. Turn-of-the-century building at the corner of Rue du Dr. Blanche and Rue de l'Assomption. bedroom

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe (police station on the block). It is within walking distance of the open-air market on the Place d'Auteuil. Many shops and good and inexpensive restaurants all around. Rue du Docteur Blanche boasts many architectural treasures like the Le Corbusier Foundation and the Impasse Mallet-Stevens. Balzac lived not far away. His house is open to the public. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the Musée Marmottan, which boasts the largest number of Monet paintings in the world. It is just three subway stops from the Trocadero.

RATES
570 euros per week, two weeks minimum. This rate includes utilities except telephone. Linens provided. There is a 15% discount for monthly rentals; also a 65 euro cleaning fee. No pets.
