Champagne on Ice!
Founded in 1872, Goumard is an unusual restaurant. You can taste no less than 170 different Champagnes (80F to 150F). It recently received the award for the award for the best Champagne list. In Europe we barely pay attention to them. In China, they are considered the equal of great art works. Stones found in nature are the subject of two wonderful exhibitions.
