Les Soirées Nomades. Every Thursday, the Cartier Foundation opens its doors to its soirées nomades, a series of shows, concerts, lectures, events centered around the current art exhibit. Le Bistro des Dames. Five years ago, this street was seedy and deserted. Today, the rue des Dames in the 17th arrondissement, is very hip. The Eldorado hotel with its 33 rooms is one of the coolest places in the city. Photographies Hongroises. The beautiful Musée de la Vie Romantique is presenting a marvelous exhibition of Hungarian photography. The country which produced Kertesz, Brassai and Moholy-Nagy, has also produced many extraordinary photographers. For design lovers. This weekend until September 8th, the Marais is full of people and fun. It is the third annual festival prepared by all the neighborhood's design and furniture boutiques. The stores, boutiques, showrooms and ateliers will be open and artist Martin Muller Reinhart will create an event to link all the boutiques. Each place will have a show for a special object.
