Teeru Bi. The
chef comes from Senegal, but his produce comes directly from the beautiful
African market of Château Rouge. Try the mafe, yassa or colombo,
three classic Senegalese dishes. Also try their amazing exotic drinks
(bissap juice, ginger, ditakhe). Everything is really excellent. "Teeru
Bi" means something like "land of welcome", in wolof, the
Senegalese language. |
