Kinugawa. There are now so many Japanese restaurants in Paris, it is difficult to chose. Kinugawa is the favorite restaurants of fashion journalists and food lovers. The bouquet of live shrimp is delicious. After tasting the red tuna sashimi, a magazine critic recently wrote: "orgasm". But you might prefer the sushi, easily in the top five of the city.

Koba. Excellent and cheap, very fresh and fast. You share your table with everybody else and the ambiance is great, thanks to the high energy owner. Crowded until late, but worth a try.

Tampopo. In the quiet 16th arrondissement, this is a quiet and good traditional Japanese restaurant. The light is soft and the clientele largely Japanese. Classical cuisine, but excellent. It is a good idea to reserve ahead of time.
