Mi-Chemin. In
the great neighborhood between Montparnasse and Denfert Rochereau, this
is one of Paris best kept secrets. Virgini, the owner of the place, blends
food from Corsica and the Loire Valley, and the chef -also a woman- seems
to work from an endless well of inspiration. The food is excellent and the
wine great. In the warm months, you can sit outside. I prefer A Mi-Chemin
for lunch because it is quiet, but the service is always fast and friendly.
