Bistrot de L'Etoile. Chef Guy Savoy opened this tiny bistrot across from his two star restaurant, near the Arc of Triumph. The decor is simple and elegant and the food traditional but light and really delicious. In the 15 years since it first opened the quality has never changed. The chef, Bruno Gendarme, is known for the best crème brulée in the city. The bistrot's clientele is made of businessmen from around the world and elegant young women.
